  • Developed a competency based recruitment/promotion system for Cougar. Recruited and promoted 10 staff with this method. Followed this up with Induction modules and delivered them to all new staff (15) at Cougar.
  • Conducted about 30 competency based, interviews and role-plays at Anchor for potential staff in all departments from marketing managers to operators .
