The AWC has been using project management techniques for twenty years.  Highlights include:

  • A complete factory SCADA and MIS system for Kimberly-Clark for Cougar Automation
  • Two new high speed packing lines for Anchor Foods.
  • A five year rollout of process automation at Unichema which included a £1m spend on distributed control systems hardware.
  • Two, three year projects implementing new control and management systems at edible oil refineries in Italy and Canada from London.
